Kim + Edward — Poppy Hill Flowers

This couple became so special to me. They are the type of people that you meet and you know you just met two world changers. I can't even imagine what they will accomplish as a couple to bring good into this world.

Kim is the founder and managing director of The Knock Foundation, a great organization that partners with underserved communities in developing countries to provide the access and opportunity to pursue an education, practice healthy living and exist in a clean environment. Kim first met Edward when she went to Tanzania to volunteer in a medical clinic, Edward was a local volunteer as his mom worked for the organization. Crazily enough, the night she flew in, he decided to accompany the program’s driver to the airport to pick up the group she was with, who were coming in, so she met him at the airport the moment she touched down! 11 years later, they wed under a huge tree at the beautiful Triunfo Creek Vineyards and the rest is history!

Sometimes you look for love and sometimes just have to do what you were put on this earth to do, and love finds you.
